The classic gymnastics we all know and love, where athletes compete routines and skills on vault, bars, beam, and floor. Open to ages 7+ with gymnastics experience. Athletes are expected to attend a weekly assigned level gymnastics class, two team practices per week, and commit to the competition season December through June. Trial months are in July and August before official sign ups! Tuition is $190/month.

Our cheer program is open to athletes ages 3-16, with no skill requirements to tryout! Trials are every June with official season sign ups in June. All-star cheer is a year round commitment to your team: June-May. Skill training and prep take place in the summer and fall with competitions in the winter and spring. We have multiple teams in different age groups and levels, so we have a spot for everyone! Tuition ranges based on Team placement. ($80-$170/month)

USAG TeamGym competes synchronized routines as a team: a choreographed floor routine, and power tumbling routine with synchronized tumbling on air trak, and a jump routine consisting of synchronized vault and mini-tramp skills. Open to athletes who meet the skill requirements determined by our BA coaches during trials every July. Athletes are expected to attend through the fall to learn routines and perfect skills and technique, and also commit to the competition season December through June. Tuition is $60/month.
